Muriel's story

"My memory was terrible. I had to write everything down. I also had depression for a number of years. On top of this, I was studying and I'd be falling asleep if I was watching TV.
My husband told me I was snoring through the night. But I said that ladies don't snore. If only I'd been diagnosed with sleep apnea years ago, it would have saved me a lot of running around and money, and I wouldn't have wasted so many years if I'd been treated sooner.
Now I know when I wear my mask I'm going to have energy for the next day. I'm now running a small business. I walk better, have more energy, can stay awake longer and enjoy life so much more.
I think if you feel short-tempered and tired all the time and don't know why, ask your doctor about a test for sleep apnea. I'm glad I did. It's best to find out as early as possible because it can stop so many problems."
